What is your primary product or service?
anything and everything associated with bats (the flying mammals)
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Became interested in bats while working on BS in Zoology at UCF, later went on for Masters in Biology - research thesis focused on bat houses and roosting preferences of urban bat colonies (graduated 1997). Founded Fly By Night in 1993 and in 2000 founded the Bats in Buildings Program (a joint effort with Bat Conservation International)
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a not for profit conservation organization (IRS 501c3, FL DACS CH12360) NOT a pest control company. We provide information and services related to bat conservation and urban bat population management. The goals are to provide the best solutions that helps bats and people.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
just one

We are based in Osteen, but travel throughout FL and GA
What type of payments do you accept?
standard payments as well as online though our website - Google Checkout & Pay Pal. Donations are accepted on our website also.
